Booking Terms & Conditions

Confirming your booking - Accommodation can be made at any time. The full amount of the stay will be charged at the time of booking. All prepaid bookings with a non-refundable policy will require the presentation of the credit card used at the time of booking which must be in the name of one of the overnight guests. In the absence of these conditions the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the prepaid amount proceeding with direct payment by overnight guests

Local City Tax - This mandatory tax is applicable to all hotel bookings. An additional 5.00 Euro per person per night will be added to your registration at the time of booking.

Changes - If you require to make any amendments to your booking please contact the hotel directly.

Cancellations - No show: 100% Fee of 100% for cancellations made within 45 days prior to arrival. No penalty applied for any other cancellation case.

Security deposit upon check-in - A security deposit will be held to cover any miscellaneous charges.
